Many choose to call Hideaway home for its pristine grounds. In an effort to maintain the harmony and natural character of both the community and construction sites the Architectural Review Committee oversees all construction within Hideaway. No construction or redesign of buildings, structures, and landscaping of any kind shall be commenced until the ARC has approved the final plans in writing. The ARC requires six (6) sets of documents or plans; one set of the plans must be signed and sealed. All documents and materials are to be submitted at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the scheduled ARC meeting for any level of review. |
ARC meeting announcements are posted at the Condominiums, Clubhouse, Sports Centre, and front Gate. The applicant or a representative must be present at each meeting when their plans are on the agenda. This process should assist the lot owner and enable them to proceed in a timely manner.
