The ARC
Many choose to call Hideaway Beach Club home for its pristine grounds. In an effort to maintain the harmony and natural character of both the community and construction sites the Architectural Review Committee oversees all construction within Hideaway Beach Club. No construction or redesign of buildings, structures, and landscaping of any kind shall be commenced until the ARC has approved the final plans in writing.
ARC meeting announcements are posted at the Condominiums, Clubhouse, Sports Center, and Front Gate. The applicant or a representative must be present at each meeting when their plans are on the agenda. This process should assist the lot owner and enable them to proceed in a timely manner.
